Legal basis: Article 56 (1) (2) of the Act on public offering – current and periodical information

With reference to the current ESPI report No. 23/2023 of 31 July 2023 the Management Board of Creepy Jar S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) informs that on 1 August 2023 the National Depository for Securities (“KDPW”) issued an announcement on the assimilation of 4,928 series D ordinary bearer shares of the Company with a nominal value of PLN 1.00 each (“Series D Shares”) and 15,000 series E ordinary bearer shares of the Company with a nominal value of PLN 1.00 each (“Series E
Shares”) in the securities depository.

Pursuant to the a/m announcement, the KDPW decided to assimilate Series D Shares and Series E Shares with other Company’s shares traded on the stock exchange, marked with the ISIN code: PLCRPJR00019. The date of assimilation in the KDWP’s depository system is 4 August 2023.
