Dividend payment for 2022

On 30 May 2023 the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company adopted a resolution on the distribution of net profit for the financial year 2022 in the amount of PLN PLN 36,459,276.61 as follows:

a) a net profit in the amount of PLN PLN 27,974,560 to be allocated for the payment of dividends to the Company’s shareholders;
b) profit in the amount of PLN 8,484,716.61 to be allocated to the Company’s reserve capital with the possibility of payment to shareholders in the future.

Dividend payment for 2021

On 7 June 2022 the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company adopted a resolution on the distribution of net profit for the financial year 2021 in the amount of PLN 29,103,176.22 as follows:

a) a net profit in the amount of PLN 14,607,874.00 to be allocated for the payment of dividends to the Company’s shareholders, i.e. in the amount of PLN 21.5 per share;
b) profit in the amount of PLN 14,495,302.22 to be allocated to the Company’s reserve capital with the possibility of payment to shareholders in the future.

Future recommendations of the Management Board to the General Meeting of Shareholders with respect to dividend payments will depend on the Company’s financial condition and its ability to finance its development and investment plans.
