The Management Board of Creepy Jar S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter the “Company”) informs that on 21 June 2022. the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, registered amendments to the
Company’s Articles of Association adopted by the resolutions numbered from 28 to 44 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company dated 7 June 2022.

A detailed list of amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association pursuant to the aforementioned resolutions of the Ordinary General Meeting, which were published as part of current report No. 15/2022 of 7 June 2022, and the consolidated text of the Company’s Articles of Association incorporating the amendments referred to above, are attached to this current report.
