The Management Board of Creepy Jar S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Issuer") hereby announces the preliminary selected financial results of the Issuer:

Data for the first half of 2023:

– sales revenues: PLN 19.9 million compared to PLN 28.1 million in the first half of 2022 (a decrease by 29% y/y),
– operating profit: PLN 11.2 million compared to PLN 19.1 million in the first half of 2022 (a decrease by 41% y/y),
– net profit: PLN 12.8 million compared to PLN 18.6 million in the first half of 2022 (a decrease by 31% y/y);

Short-term financial assets: PLN 99.1 million as at 30 June 2023 compared to PLN 95.1 million as at 31 March 2023.

The financial results achieved by the Issuer in the first half of 2023 are lower y/y as a result of decreasing sales of Green Hell on all platforms, in particular on consoles and VR platforms.

In the analysed period the total gross sales of Green Hell on PC/Steam, Sony PlayStation and Microsoft Xbox platforms (versions of the game to which the Issuer holds publishing rights) amounted to almost 527 thousand copies, with 136 thousand copies on PlayStation and Xbox consoles.

At the same time, the Issuer informs that, based on the preliminary sales data available as of the date of this report, the estimated gross sales of Green Hell for the a/m platforms since the beginning of 2023 amounted to 657 thousand copies, with 153 thousand copies for PlayStation and Xbox consoles.

The Issuer reserves that the above data are estimates, and the final financial results for the first half of 2023, together with comparable data and the auditor’s review report, will be provided in an interim report, which will be published on 21 September 2023.
