In his professional career he gained experience both on the supplier side (SAS Institute, PWC Customer Technology, Accenture) and on the client side (Deutsche Bank Polska, PKO BP, BOŚ Bank, ING Nationale-Nederlanden). Artur Lebiedziński Member of the Supervisory Board Financial advisor with over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A and capital market transactions, including for clients in the IT and new technology sectors. In 2013-2016 President of the Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości SA (PHN SA) – one of the largest entities in the commercial real estate market in Poland, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Previously, he worked at the investment and corporate banking divisions of Societe Generale in Warsaw, CA IB Corporate Finance in Warsaw and Bank of America in London. Mirosława Cienkowska Member of the Supervisory Board Absolwentka Akademii Leona Koźmińskiego w Warszawie na kierunku Strategie inwestycyjne i kapitałowe. Z powodzeniem zdała egzamin dyplomowy na biegłego rewidenta. Od roku 2007 aktywnie praktykujący biegły rewident. Doświadczenia zawodowe zdobywała w jednej z firm tzw. wielkiej czwórki. Od sierpnia 2009 r. związana zawodowo z PKF Consult – początkowo jako Prezes Zarządu PKF Centrum Rachunkowości (obecnie PKF BPO Sp. z o.o. Sp. k), a obecnie jako Partner i Dyrektor Regionu Centrum w PKF Consult Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. gdzie odpowiada za działalność operacyjną departamentu audytu oraz konsultingu. Brała udział w wielu badaniach spółek i grup kapitałowych, w tym publicznych, procesach due diligence oraz projektach doradczych związanych z rachunkowością i sprawozdawczością spółek. Jest również wykładowcą w zakresie Międzynarodowych Standardów Rewizji Finansowej oraz Międzynarodowych Standardów Sprawozdawczości Finansowej.
