Art. 56 section 1 item 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information The Management Board of Creepy Jar S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter the “Company”;) informs that on 14 November 2022 the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, registered amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association adopted by the resolutions numbered from 6 to 9 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company dated 25 October 2022.

A detailed list of amendments to the Company's Articles of Association pursuant to the aforementioned resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting, which were published as part of current report No. 24/2022 of 25 October 2022, and the consolidated text of the Company’s Articles of Association incorporating the amendments referred to above, are attached to this current report.
