The Management Board of Creepy Jar S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) hereby encloses the notification received from Mr. Tomasz Soból, Member of the Company’s Management Board, of a decrease in the shareholding below the threshold of 10% of the total number of votes in the Company.
