Legal basis: Article 56.1.2 of the Offering Act – current and periodic information

The Management Board of Creepy Jar S.A. headquartered in Warsaw (hereafter referred to as the “ Company”) pursuant to § 80 section 1 of the Finance Minister’s regulation of 29 March 2018 regarding publication of current and periodic reports by issuers of securities and conditions under which reports legally required by non-member states are considered equivalent to same (hereafter referred to as “the Regulation”), hereby announces the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2025:

– annual report for 2024 – 23 April 2025
– quarterly report for Q1 2025 – 27 May 2025
– semi-annual report for H1 2025 – 25 September 2025
– quarterly report for Q3 2025 – 24 November 2025

In accordance with §79 section 2 of the Regulation the Company will not publish a quarterly report for Q4 2024 and Q2 2025.
