Legal basis: Article 56 (1) (2) of the Act on public offering – current and periodical information

The Management Board of Creepy Jar S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) hereby notifies that on 2 September 2025, it received information from the Company’s shareholder – Venture Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty, which, acting on the basis of the power specified in § 18 (3) of the Articles of Association, with effect from 2 September 2025, dismissed Mrs. Mirosława Cienkowska from the Company’s Supervisory Board and appointed Mr. Jarosław Karasiński to the Company’s Supervisory Board, within the current term of office.

In view of the above, the Company’s Supervisory Board consists of 5 members, i.e.:

Michał Paziewski – Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Jarosław Karasiński – Member of the Supervisory Board
Tomasz Likowski – Member of the Supervisory Board
Piotr Piskorz – Member of the Supervisory Board
Paweł Sawczuk – Member of the Supervisory Board

Information on the education, qualifications and positions previously held by Mr. Jarosław Karasiński is presented in the attachment to this current report.
According to the submitted statement, Mr. Jarosław Karasiński does not  erform any activity outside the Company's business that would be competitive to the activity performed within the Company’s business and does not participate  n a competitive company as a partner in a civil law partnership, a partnership or   company and does not participate in any other competitive legal person as a  ember of its corporate body, and is not entered in the  egister of Insolvent  ebtors kept pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
