The Management Board of Creepy Jar S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”, the “Company”) hereby announces the preliminary selected financial data of the Issuer for 2025:

– sales revenues: PLN 29.0 million compared to PLN 31.0 million in 2024 (a decrease by 6% y/y),
– operating profit: PLN 15.1 million compared to PLN 13.9 million in 2024 (an increase by 8% y/y),
– net profit: PLN 16.4 million compared to PLN 15.9 million in 2024 (an increase by 3% y/y);

Short-term financial assets: PLN 71.7 million as at 31 December 2025 compared to PLN 76.6 million as at 31 December 2024.

The change in the level of sales revenues in 2025 compared to 2024 was mainly due to lower sales of Green Hell on the PC/Steam platform, which was partly compensated by very good sales of the game on the PlayStation platform (including participation in the PlayStation Plus subscription program) and higher revenues from the sale of the game in the VR version.

The improvement in operating profitability (52% compared to 45% a year earlier) and net profit margin (57% compared to 51% in 2024) was mainly due to significantly lower R&D costs of Green Hell, lower depreciation and lower cost of the 2023-2025 Incentive Scheme.

Last year, the total gross sales of Green Hell on Steam, Sony PlayStation and Microsoft Xbox platforms (versions of the game to which the company holds publishing rights) amounted to 2.58 million copies, with 0.26 million copies on PlayStation and Xbox consoles.

The Issuer reserves that the above data are estimates and the final financial data for 2025 together with comparable data will be provided in an interim report which will be published on 23 April 2026.
