The Management Board of Creepy Jar S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), with reference to the agenda of the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting convened on 2 September 2024 presented in current report no. 15/2024 of 6 August 2024, hereby notifies that the Company’s shareholder, Mr. Tomasz Soból, put Mr. Paweł Sawczuk forward as a Member of the Company’s Supervisory Board.

Mr. Paweł Sawczuk agreed to be a candidate to the Company’s Supervisory Board and made statements on meeting the criteria for candidates for members of supervisory boards.

Acting in accordance with the Principles of the Best Practice for WSE Listed Companies and providing Shareholders with the opportunity to learn about candidates for members of the Company’s Supervisory Board, the Company’s Management Board hereby attaches the candidate’s curriculum vitae and submitted statements hereto.
