Legal basis: Article 56 (1) (2) of the Act on public offering – current and periodical information

The Management Board of Creepy Jar S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) hereby notifies that on 6 August 2024, Mr. Artur Lebiedziński resigned from the position of a Member of the Company’s Supervisory Board with effect from 31 August 2024.
The reason for Mr. Artur Lebiedziński decision to resign from the position of a Member of the Company’s Supervisory Board is the limitation caused by his functioning in other commercial law companies.

At the same time, the Company’s Management Board informs that due to the above resignation of Mr. Artur Lebiedziński, it will be necessary to elect a new member of the Supervisory Board at the next General Meeting of Shareholders.

The Company's Management Board, pursuant to § 15 (4) of the Company’s Articles of Association, has taken immediate steps to convene the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company’s Shareholders, at which a new member of the Company’s Supervisory Board will be elected.
