The Supervisory Board of Creepy Jar S.A. has appointed Grzegorz Piekart as a member of the Company’s Management Board from 1 January 2023. The Management Board of Creepy Jar will be composed of Krzysztof Kwiatek, Krzysztof Sałek, Tomasz Soból and Grzegorz Piekart.

At its meeting on 30 November 2022, the Company’s Supervisory Board determined the number of members of the management board of Creepy Jar S.A. to be 4 (four) members, including the President. Grzegorz Piekart was appointed for a joint 5-year term of office, commenced on 7 June 2022, together with Krzysztof Kwiatek, Krzysztof Sałek and Tomasz Soból.

Grzegorz Piekart has been the Chief Financial Officer of Creepy Jar S.A. since March 2021, and also a proxy of the Company since December 2021. He has over 15 years of experience in financial management gained while working in financial audit and corporate and investment banking, as well as in venture capital investment management, where, on behalf of the Venture FIZ fund, he carried out, among others, seed investment at Creepy Jar S.A. and was a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board. Furthermore, he also served on many other supervisory boards, among others, of entities from the gamedev industry, i.e. 7Levels S.A., Nano Games Sp. z o.o., Kool2Play S.A. and Dark Point Games S.A.
