Categories of personal data processed by the Controller:
The Controller processes the personal data which is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing, in particular the IP address and the data provided by the user.
In particular, personal data will be processed by the Controller:
1) pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, i.e. on the basis of the user’s consent to the processing of their personal data given by making the data available to the
Controller, for the purposes of:
a) receiving reports of incidents during the testing of a computer game,
b) resolving the reported problems.
The period for which the personal data will be stored:
1) the personal data processed for the purposes of testing a computer game will be processed for a period of 6 years, i.e. the prescriptive period for making claims (if any).
Rights of the data subject:
1) the right of access to their personal data, i.e. the right to obtain confirmation as to whether the Controller processes the data and information concerning such processing,
2) the right to rectification of data if the data processed by the Controller is inaccurate or incomplete,
3) the right to require the Controller to erase the data,
4) the right to require the Controller to restrict the processing of the data,
5) the right to data portability, i.e. the right to receive the personal data provided to the Controller and to send it to another controller,
6) the right to object to the processing on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Controller or to processing for direct marketing purposes,
7) the right to lodge a complaint with a Polish supervisory authority or a supervisory authority of another EU Member State with jurisdiction over the data subject’;s habitual place of residence or work or over the place of the alleged breach of the GDPR,
8) the right to revoke the consent at any time (without affecting the legality of the processing which took place based on the consent before it was revoked);
9) the right to obtain human intervention on the part of the Controller, to express their position and to challenge a decision made based on automated data processing.
The rights mentioned in points 1)-6) and 8)-9) above can be exercised, inter alia, by writing to the e-mail address given above or the Controller’s address.
Categories of recipients of data (entities processing personal data on behalf of the Controller):
trade partners, including in particular the BugSplat platform, law firms, document archiving companies, partners providing technical services (e.g. development and maintenance of IT systems and websites).
