class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> Article 17 (1) of the MAR \u2013 confidential information<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The Management Board of Creepy Jar S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cCompany\u201d), with reference to the current report No. 7\/2026, informs that on 23 April 2026 the Company&#8217;s Supervisory Board gave a positive opinion on the recommendation of the Company&#8217;s Management Board on the distribution of net profit for the financial year 2025 in the amount of PLN 17,195,397.55 in such a way as to allocate it in full for the payment of dividend to the Company&#8217;s shareholders. At the same time, the Supervisory Board approved the recommendation of the Company&#8217;s Management Board to increase the amount to be distributed, intended for the payment of dividend, by funds from the reserve capital created from previous years; profits in the amount of PLN 12,799,848.30.
