(\u201cResolution\u201d) on the admission and introduction of 4,928 series D ordinary bearer shares of the Company with a nominal value of PLN 1.00 each (\u201cSeries D Shares\u201d) and 15,000 series E ordinary bearer shares of the Company with a nominal value of PLN 1.00 each (\u201cSeries E Shares\u201d) to exchange trading on the WSE main market.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pursuant to the Resolution, the shares will be introduced to exchange trading on the main market on 4 August 2023, provided that on 4 August 2023 the National Depository for Securities assimilates Series D Shares and Series E Shares with other Company&#8217;s shares traded on the stock exchange, marked with the ISIN code: PLCRPJR00019.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Company will inform of the issue of a statement on
