\u00a7 21 (2) and (4) of the Company&#8217;s Articles of Association, determined the number of members of the Management Board of Creepy Jar S.A. to be 4 (four) members, including the President of the Management Board, and appointed Mr. Grzegorz Piekart as a Member of the Company&amp;#39;s Management Board as of 1 January 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Grzegorz Piekart was appointed for a joint 5-year term of office, commenced on 7 June 2022, together with Krzysztof Kwiatek, Krzysztof Sa\u0142ek and Tomasz Sob\u00f3l.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Grzegorz Piekart does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil law partnership, a partnership or as a member of a corporate body in a capital company and does not participate in another competitive legal entity as a member of its body.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>According to the submitted statement, Mr. Grzegorz Piekart is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept on the basis of the Act on the National
